Our story
It all started in the simplest possible manner: by flogging our own wardrobe on Vinted. For Andrei, it was an initial matter of survival: How to fund a serious shopping habit. We didn't have a master plan, only a bursting wardrobe and a desire to free up some space.
But then things shifted. Sale by sale, message by message, we realized we were not just selling clothes. We were getting a genuine sense of mission in seeing people smile, in hearing remarks about a "dream piece finally owned". Every package we sent wasn't just a sale; it was the beginning of something new for a piece of clothing with a story of its own. We were adding value to the culture, not just apparel.
As long as we've been young, clothing has been our canvas for self-expression, our way of telling the world who we were without saying a word. When we discovered vintage clothing, we had a very powerful tool with which to do this on an even more unique and personal level.
Now, GRABBERS.studio is our answer to all that. We are very grateful to the culture that has "nourished" us - the music, the art, the street style - and we owe it to ourselves to actively be part of protecting it, to give every piece of clothing the respect it deserves.
One of our greatest motivators is opening up all this to everyone. We can recall very clearly as kids watching things that We couldn't afford. That's why we desperately wish our work to offer today's young adults the opportunity to access unique finds without having to empty their wallets.
We do not just sell vintage and second-hand. We share our culture, making it accesible to the new generation.
